(Coming soon, pool workouts on Thursdays. Stay tuned for pool workouts with Gary Sato and Randy Taniguchi. Stop by Palolo Pool or Salt Lake Pool for stroke technique and interval training. More information forthcoming.)
Tuesday/Friday
Bike, 4:30 p.m.
Triangle Park to Hawaii Kai
*Helmet required on all team rides. No exceptions.
First Tuesday of each month, David Lum will discuss safety issues and conduct bike safety inspections prior to the ride. David will hold the meetings at Triangle Park.
Wednesday
Ala Moana or Diamond Head Crater Run, 4:30 p.m.
Kapiolani Park - Bandstand Parking Lot
Saturday
Long Bike, 6:30 a.m.
Triangle Park to Waimanalo
*Helmet required on all team rides. No exceptions.
Safety is our main concern. If you are having difficulty with riding in a pace line, please see a lead rider for assistance. Bicycles riders (cyclists) on public streets have the same rights and responsibilities as automobile drivers and are subject to the same rules and regulations as any other vehicle on the road.

Long Run, 6:30 a.m.
Kapiolani Park - Bandstand Parking Lot
Second Sunday of each month, Gary Sato, 10 time Kona Ironman finisher, will conduct strength and fitness workshops after the run. Gary will also discuss health and nutrition topics specific to athletes. Meet at the ocean side of the marathon finish.
Athletes of all levels are encouraged to participate.
