Congratulations to Wendy Miki and Eric Glaus who competed in the Lanikai Triathlon on Sunday, April 13,  2008. The course consisted of a short, choppy swim; followed by a 12-mile bike onto Kaneohe Marine Base; with a final 5K run around Lanikai and sprint finish along the shoreline in the sand. Short, fast and painful, but these two make it look too easy!
