Are you preparing for the Waikiki Rough Water Swim or Pipeline to Waimea swim, and would you like some pointers on stroke technique or need some help learning how to sight? Linda Kaiser will be giving two swim clinics on Monday, August 4, 2008 at 4:30 or 5:30 pm at Ala Moana Beach. Linda is well known in the swimming community, having completed the Molokai-to-Oahu channel swim, triathlons and placing in her age-group in swimming races. She would like to keep the groups small, (6-8 per hour), so she can devote individual attention to each person. If you have hand paddles and pull buoys, Linda asks that you bring them with you.
