To all the Team Core Hawaii members and friends,
Wishing everyone a safe and Happy New Year! Enjoy the final hours of 2008 with family and friends, and take a few minutes to remember all the accomplishments that you've had over the year. The "burn" and sweat you had while climbing Makapu`u, running Diamond Head, or swimming at Ala Moana, is was all worth it because you were with your friends. The training tips and support you give each other is what makes training with our group worth all the pain.
We have lots of exciting events planned for the new year, so stay tuned.
