Aloha Cambio/Core Team members,

The Labor Day weekend is coming up quickly and this means a busy weekend of racing. Dick Evans Memorial Road Race is on Sunday, September 5, 2010, followed by the Waikiki Rough Water Swim on Monday, September 6, 2010.

TODAY is the deadline for early registration for the Dick Evans race.  Late fee is an additional $20.00, so don't delay.  Go to:  http://www.bocahawaii.com/race_description.php?tid=138  for more information, and don't forget to list Cambio-Core in the team name question.

As with all races, this event cannot be possible without the aid of our wonderful volunteers. We need volunteers to help out at the feed zone in Wahiawa and a support vehicle/Driver for the race.   Volunteers should plan on being out in "Pineapple Hill" at 6:30 ish. Also, Gay needs a few people to help fill 150 water bottles and transport them to the feed zone on race day. Please let me or Gay (gaymurakami@yahoo.com) know if you can help out.
